Full job description

  1. Production & Packaging Technician Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 3+ years preferred Education: High School Diploma or GED

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Production & Packaging Technician to accurately fill, package, label, and prepare products for shipment. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, basic mechanical skills, and the ability to follow SOPs and production procedures.

Responsibilities

  1. Fill products into various sizes of syringes and containers.

  2. Carefully insert pistons into syringes without trapping air.

  3. Operate automated and semi-automated filling and labeling equipment.

  4. Print and accurately apply product labels.

  5. Count, bag, seal, and package components.

  6. Maintain inventory of parts and supplies used within the department.

  7. Pack finished products into boxes and deliver them to the shipping department.

  8. Fill powder and liquid products into containers and properly cap them.

  9. Read, understand, and follow SOPs and company policies.

  10. Take direction from lead personnel and meet production standards.

  11. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  12. Complete routine area cleaning, including washing work surfaces and occasional floor mopping.

  13. Follow all company safety and security procedures.

Qualifications

  1. High School Diploma or GED.

  2. Minimum 3 years of relevant production/manufacturing experience preferred.

  3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  4. Basic math skills required.

  5. Ability to read and understand written instructions and SOPs in English.

  6. Strong verbal communication skills.

  7. Basic mechanical ability with the ability to set up filling equipment.

  8. Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team.

  9. Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

  1. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

  2. Ability to stand for extended periods.

  3. Ability to perform repetitive tasks.

  4. Overtime may occasionally be required before or after the scheduled shift.

  5. PPE may be required, including hair nets and gloves. If you have hands-on production experience, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply!

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
