Position Summary...

The Senior Analyst, Strategic Account Management, plays a critical role in driving business growth through comprehensive account planning, sales forecasting, and stakeholder engagement. This position requires strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, customer data, and product insights, enabling informed decision-making and effective sales proposals. The role supports onboarding processes and fosters collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to optimize account performance. By applying business acumen and process improvements, the Senior Analyst contributes to delivering value and achieving strategic objectives within a dynamic commercial environment.

The Client Services team partners closely with Ad Sales to oversee advertiser campaigns from planning to completion. Acting as the main contact for advertisers and agencies, the team ensures smooth campaign launches, pacing, optimization, and billing. They contribute to revenue growth by identifying opportunities and enhancing product offerings while maintaining key account health. The team provides actionable insights through performance reviews and collaborates with Sales, Ad Ops, Legal, Finance, IT, RevOps, and Product Marketing to address challenges and scale solutions across the

What you'll do...

  • Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and industry data to inform strategic account planning and forecasting.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives and customer retention.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored sales proposals and presentations aligned with customer needs.

  • Drive onboarding processes for assigned accounts, resolving issues and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless integration.

  • Utilize sales forecasting tools and business metrics to monitor performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.

  • Support negotiation efforts by preparing data-driven insights and engaging stakeholders effectively to achieve desired outcomes.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven expertise in strategic account management with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability in sales forecasting, account planning, and customer retention strategies.

  • Experience in developing and delivering sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

  • Proficiency in analyzing business metrics, market trends, and data to support decision-making and process improvements.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage onboarding processes and resolve client integration issues.

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence partners to achieve business objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $156,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
