At St. Luke’s, our Patient Care Nurse Managers play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient-centered care and leading high-performing teams. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Patient Care Nurse Manager to lead our Nampa Emergency Department.

What to Expect in this Role
Lead a busy, high-acuity, 24-bed emergency department that cares for approximately 135 patients each day. The department is designated as a Level IV Trauma Center, Level II (STEMI) Center, and Level II Primary Stroke Center. As St. Luke’s Nampa advances toward Magnet designation in 2027, this role offers the opportunity to influence clinical excellence, team engagement, and the future of emergency care.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor of Nursing Degree

Experience: 7+ years relevant nursing experience; Emergency and leadership experience highly preferred

Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart
