Full job description

Job Description

This role supports the technical implementation of Enterprise Data Management (EDM) solutions within the organization's Databricks ecosystem. While the position participates in a variety of EDM initiatives, the primary focus is on delivering and supporting technical solutions that align with established DNA architecture, engineering standards, governance requirements, and deployment patterns. This is not a platform administration role. Instead, the individual will work within established frameworks and standards created by platform, architecture, and engineering teams to develop, support, and enhance EDM capabilities. We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong technical curiosity and enjoys solving data-related challenges.
  • Can work effectively within established architectural patterns and development standards.
  • Is comfortable developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Databricks-based solutions.
  • Understands software development lifecycle concepts including source control, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Can coordinate and provide technical direction to a small offshore development team.
  • Communicates effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates ownership and accountability for delivering quality solutions.
