United Prairie Bank is hiring a Director of Lending in our Mankato location. This position is full-time, Monday – Friday, located in Mankato, MN.
Job Overview:
As the Director of Lending, you will support the continued portfolio growth and strategic planning across our Ag, Commercial, Real Estate, Cannabis and SBA portfolios. In this position you will provide guidance, coaching and training to our lenders, ensuring strong borrower opportunities are presented to Credit Committee for review.
Annual Compensation Range: $136,542-$212,887
Qualifications for this Opportunity:

High school diploma or GED (Required)
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance, MBA or other advanced degree preferred
-
10+ years in banking experience preferred.

A minimum of 5 years in a management capacity.
-
Strong knowledge of commercial, ag, real estate, cannabis and SBA lending practices.

Demonstrated expertise in credit analysis, loan structuring, and portfolio management.

Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.

Problem solving skills to find effective solutions.

Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.
