The Sr learning specialist partners with leaders and subject matter experts to design, develop, and deliver effective learning solutions that improve performance and enable strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
-
Manage scaled learning development programs and work with leaders to develop content aligned to development strategy.
-
Conduct learning needs analysis and performance analysis with stakeholders
-
Develop instructor‑led, virtual, and digital learning assets (eLearning, job aids, simulations, assessments)
-
Translate content into clear, engaging learning experiences
-
Apply adult learning theory, learning science, and accessibility standards
-
Partner with SMEs, facilitators, and program managers throughout the design lifecycle
-
Pilot, evaluate, and continuously improve learning solutions using data and feedback
YOU MUST HAVE
-
3 years of experience designing corporate learning solutions
-
Experience with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Rise)
-
Proven knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
-
Ability to analyze training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
-
Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Education, or related field

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Creativity and innovation in designing engaging learning experiences.

Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in instructional design.
