Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Project Manager to lead the planning, procurement, contracting, implementation, and overall management of a large infrastructure and facilities logistics program supporting a major capital project initiative.

This individual will own the end-to-end execution of assigned logistics and infrastructure scopes, partnering with internal stakeholders, vendors, consultants, procurement teams, and project leadership to ensure successful delivery of project objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager with experience managing budgets, contracts, procurement activities, vendor coordination, and implementation efforts across large-scale programs.

This role is focused on project planning, coordination, budgeting, reporting, procurement management, and stakeholder communication. It is well-suited for a professional who excels at driving programs from planning through execution while managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, procurement, implementation, and overall execution of assigned logistics and infrastructure project scopes.

Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, and financial reporting activities.

Oversee procurement processes including vendor selection, bid evaluations, contract administration, and purchase tracking.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to establish project requirements, priorities, schedules, and implementation plans.

Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure successful project delivery.

Develop and maintain project schedules, milestone tracking, and progress reporting.

Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Monitor project risks, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies.

Review project documentation, contracts, change requests, and project deliverables.

Ensure alignment between procurement, implementation, and operational objectives.

Support project governance requirements including reporting, documentation management, and executive communications.

Coordinate multiple concurrent project activities while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget objectives.

Drive projects from initial planning through implementation and project closeout.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, Engineering, Logistics, Project Management, or a related field.

5+ years of project management experience supporting procurement, logistics, infrastructure, facilities, capital programs, or operational initiatives.

Experience managing project budgets, vendor contracts, procurement processes, and implementation activities.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex stakeholder groups.

Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting methodologies.

Experience leading projects from concept through execution and completion.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Procore, ERP systems, procurement platforms, or similar project management tools. PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.

Experience supporting large-scale capital programs, facility expansions, infrastructure initiatives, or campus development projects.

Experience managing vendor procurement, contract negotiations, and implementation planning.

Familiarity with capital expenditure budgeting and forecasting.

Experience coordinating multiple vendors and service providers simultaneously.

Background supporting corporate facilities, operations, logistics, infrastructure, or large program delivery environments.
