Full job description

Field Marketing Manager - EMEA

  • Marketing
  • London, UK
  • Full-time

Description Vega is one of the fastest-growing startups in cybersecurity, redefining security analytics and operations with an AI-native platform for the SOC. We are building the next-generation operating system for security teams. Vega is already delivering real impact at some of the world’s largest organizations - improving detection, unlocking the value of their security data, and reducing cost and complexity. With HQs in New York and TLV, we're looking for people who want to be a part of the next rocket-ship in cyber. As our first Field Marketing Manager in EMEA, you'll act as the in-region marketing owner for our go-to-market team. You’ll align with our local sales team to build quarterly territory plans, run high-impact programs that drive pipeline, and help scale repeatable field motions across events, ABM, partners, and community.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Own the regional field plan: Build quarterly plans aligned to regional sales priorities (new logos + expansion), target account lists, and pipeline goals.
  • Run pipeline-driving programs end-to-end: Executive roundtables, workshops, partner events, third-party conferences, and virtual experiences. You will own everything from concept to execution to follow-up.
  • Execute ABM in the field: Partner with Sales to activate account-based plays (1 to few and 1 to many) that expand territory coverage and accelerate deals.
  • Co-market with partners: Build and execute joint programs with channel partners, including co-branded events and regional activations.
  • Plug into community and alliances: Work to activate local cyber alliances, memberships, advisory boards, and user programs to deepen engagement and create advocates.
  • Operational excellence: Own logistics, vendors, timelines, promotion, SDR/AE handoffs, and post-event conversion paths
  • Measure what matters: Report weekly/monthly on pipeline sourced/influenced, meeting creation, stage progression, target account engagement, and ROI.
  • Own the regional budget: Plan spend, forecast, track, and optimize

Requirements WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 2-4 years in B2B field marketing / integrated demand (cybersecurity or technical SaaS strongly preferred).
  • Proven success partnering with Sales on territory planning and delivering measurable pipeline impact.
  • Strong project management; you can run multiple programs simultaneously without dropping details.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot and comfortable with basic attribution reporting.
  • Clear communicator who can collaborate with Sales, SEs, partners, and executive stakeholders.
  • Up to 25% travel in region (some international trips may be required)

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience running partner/channel co-marketing motions.
  • Experience with ABM tools and field ABM playbooks.
  • Familiarity with SOC/SIEM/security analytics audiences.
