Executive Logistical Coordinator

Summary

Description

Job purpose

Provide assistance with logistical support for 8-koi; a diverse Florida-based service and consulting company that has been providing outstanding results for our clients for over 18 years.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Perform Administrative duties:

  • Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.

  • Completes special projects which may include renaming scans, disseminating information, organizing, putting contacts into email for business, and writing processes

  • Perform executive admin duties

  • Serve as a facility management backup

  • Perform additional duties upon request of personnel

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma

  • Possess a minimum of one year’s experience working in administrative support

  • Familiar with the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook)

  • Ability to communicate in writing effectively, succinctly, and verbally

  • Ability to operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers

  • Ability to effectively execute in a high demand environment

  • Must have excellent communication, phone etiquette, customer service and people skills, as well as being able to multitask and stay organized

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently, and have a sharp attention to detail

  • Possess excellent penmanship
