Job Description
Our client is seeking legal professionals to serve as credentialed subject matter experts supporting a high-traffic consumer legal platform focused on class action settlements, consumer protection matters, and claims administration. This individual will provide legal review and validation of published content to ensure legal accuracy, compliance, and credibility. The selected professional's name, credentials, and author attribution may appear publicly on consumer-facing content. This is an ongoing consulting engagement requiring periodic review and approval of content rather than traditional casework or legal representation.
Responsibilities:

Review and validate consumer-facing legal content related to: o Class action settlements o Consumer protection matters o Legal claims and claims filing processes o Consumer rights education

Ensure content is legally accurate, current, and compliant with applicable regulations.

Serve as a credentialed reviewer and publicly attributed author on published content where appropriate.

Provide feedback, revisions, and recommendations to content teams.

Verify that legal explanations and claims procedures are presented clearly and accurately for a consumer audience.

Support ongoing content review initiatives as new settlements and legal topics are published.

Maintain awareness of developments in consumer protection law and class action litigation.
Skills and Requirements
Requirements:

Paralegal certificate and/or significant legal industry experience.
-
5+ years of experience supporting: o Consumer law o Class action matters o Civil litigation o Claims administration

Strong legal research and content review capabilities.

Experience reviewing legal documents and ensuring accuracy. Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience reviewing legal publications, blogs, websites, or educational content.

Experience serving as a published legal author or contributor.

Familiarity with SEO, digital publishing, or content compliance standards.
