About the Role: Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Full Time LNA/PCA Caregiver to join our growing team in Brookline, NH. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, high-quality in-home care. Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support

  • Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence

  • Monitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to supervisors or care coordinators

  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed, following dietary guidelines

  • Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Requirements:

  • Current NH Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification preferred

  • Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical caregiving setting

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care environment

  • Must pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements

  • Dementia Training Certification a plus
