Full job description

Pharmacist – Southern Indiana

Location: Southern Indiana

Schedule: Full-Time

Setting: Community/Retail Pharmacy

We are seeking licensed Pharmacists to join well-established community pharmacy teams throughout Southern Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists who enjoy building lasting patient relationships, providing high-quality clinical care, and working alongside experienced pharmacy professionals in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide professional pharmacy services and ensure prescriptions are filled accurately and safely

  • Counsel patients on medications, proper use, potential interactions, and general health concerns

  • Administer immunizations and support additional clinical pharmacy services

  • Perform prospective drug utilization reviews and identify medication-related concerns

  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations

  • Collaborate with prescribers and healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes

  • Oversee and support pharmacy technicians and other team members

  • Maintain accurate patient records and prescription documentation

  • Assist with inventory management and controlled-substance procedures

  • Deliver exceptional patient service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD

  • Active Indiana Pharmacist license in good standing

  • Ability to obtain and maintain required immunization credentials

  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain it

  • Strong patient counseling and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume pharmacy environment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication safety
