As an Explore Business Intern in the Finance track, you’ll participate in an experiential learning program designed for students who are early in their academic journey and interested in exploring careers in Finance within the technology industry. You’ll build foundational business and financial acumen through meaningful, hands-on work while developing analytical and problem-solving skills and learning how data, financial tools, and AI-powered technology can support business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Gains foundational experience with financial concepts, data, tools, and business processes
  • Works closely with managers, mentors, and other interns to understand business problems, analyze information, communicate insights, and contribute to solutions
  • Gains experience with technology and AI-powered tools used to support financial analysis and business decision-making
  • Embody our culture and values

Qualifications Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing full time Bachelor’s degree
  • Must be enrolled in second year of a 4-year undergraduate degree program at time of application
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
  • Will have completed at least one introductory college level course in a finance, business, or analytics related area (or equivalent) by the start of the program

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in pursuing a career in financial analysis
  • Exposure to analytics tools like Power BI
  • Interest in using AI to improve efficiency and quality

The base pay range for this internship is USD $22.10 - $40.66 per hour.
