Job Description Summary: We’re seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to lead organizational change management strategy, frameworks, and execution across enterprise initiatives, partnering with our PMO, Corporate Communications, Training Development, and business leaders. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in a senior/lead role, driving change adoption and organizational readiness across complex transformations across various corporate operations sponsors programs. This role will work under the supervision of the Director, Project Portfolio Management (PMO). Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Operationalize and scale enterprise Organizational Change Management (OCM) processes, methodologies, and standardized templates to support and guide Project Managers, Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), Senior Business Analysts, and HR, and Corporate Operations.
  • Drive internal standards, change capability, and enablement across PMO and additional functional project team members and change champions to ensure consistent adoption and change readiness across the portfolio.
  • Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and organizational readiness evaluations to identify risks and create targeted mitigation strategies - for highest priority and high-change-impacting projects.
  • Serve as an advisory and oversight partner for other projects, needing guidance on planning and execution.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional leadership, Corporate Communications, Training Development, Project Managers, and BRMs to design, align, and deploy cohesive change management, communication, and training plans.
  • Establish baseline change management metrics and key performance indicators to measure adoption effectiveness. [e.g. Adoption & Utilization Rates, Sentiment, Training Engagement, Sponsor Effectiveness, Resistance Mitigation, Outcome Realization]
  • Collaborate with colleagues using multiple back-office productivity and collaboration tools: Smartsheet, Box, Google Workspace (Gmail, GCalendar, GChat, Gemini-AI), Zoom, Lucid Charts, PowerPoint/Slides, WalkMe, Scribe.
  • Propose and advocate for acquisition of tools that support change management execution for communications, training.
  • Conduct project health assessments for change aspects, lessons learned alongside Project Management/PMO.
  • Other work as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • 10+ years of dedicated, hands-on Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience leading complex, enterprise-wide change initiatives.
  • Mastery of PROSCI-ADKAR change management framework and methodology (PROSCI certification strongly preferred).
  • Expert facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and executive coaching skills across all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling capabilities to influence leaders and drive alignment.
  • Proven track record of operationalizing OCM frameworks, processes, and toolkits across multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Familiarity with Change Management frameworks (PROSCI - ADKAR primary, Kotter etc).
  • Ability to manage multiple overlapping change projects.
