Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Document Management Project Manager to support a large-scale document management and migration initiative. This individual will be responsible for managing the intake, migration, organization, quality assurance, and governance of critical engineering and operational documents within an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
This role is heavily focused on execution (approximately 70%), with the remaining responsibilities centered around migration planning, process improvement, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience working within established document taxonomies, performing high-volume document migrations, and ensuring data quality, metadata accuracy, and compliance across large document repositories.
On a day-to-day basis, this individual will support document ingestion efforts, perform quality checks, manage metadata and access controls, collaborate with global stakeholders, and identify opportunities to improve document workflows through automation and AI-enabled solutions. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a quality-first mindset, and the ability to proactively identify risks, inconsistencies, and process improvement opportunities.
This position will work closely with document control, engineering, and program teams across the United States and EMEA regions in a highly collaborative environment.
Pay Range falls from $60-70/hr
