Job Description

-Conduct top-down functional analysis and translate requirements into detailed performance design criteria -Design and build templates to assist Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in providing critical system information -Conduct product or system design synthesis translating requirements into physical architectures for systems of low complexity to include defining and refining internal and external interfaces -Contribute to and develop technical reports and diagrams detailing product or system attributes

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree and 3-5 years of experience
  • Familiarity with project management or financial management concepts.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance. -Active Secret Clearance -Experience with government accreditation processes and teams. -Experience with accrediting DoD Information systems. -Familiarity with NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, and AFI17-101. -Experience selecting, documenting, and integrating a NCDSMO authorized Cross Domain Solution into an accreditation baseline. -Experience acting as an ISSO or ISSM.. -Ability to work in a fast paced environment with research faculty across time zones.
