Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Product Owner I for a leading telecommunications company supporting consumer facing applications products. This Product Owner I will support A digital experience application and serve as the voice of the customer, partnering closely with users, QA teams, product teams, and engineering teams to identify and resolve issues impacting the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience supporting software products and will be responsible for reviewing customer feedback, investigating and recreating reported issues, communicating directly with users, and translating findings into detailed tickets and requirements for the appropriate development teams. This individual will work closely with QA to validate defects, track issues through resolution, support testing efforts, and ensure fixes are successfully implemented. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are critical, as this role requires the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences while advocating for the customer and driving continuous product improvements.

This is a 6-month contract opportunity with strong potential for extension and/or conversion and is onsite 4 days per week in Greenwood Village, CO The targeted compensation range is $45/hr - $50/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location

Skills and Requirements

2-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, QA Analyst, or similar role. Experience supporting digital or software products. Experience working directly with QA teams to validate defects and test software solutions. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience documenting defects, requirements, and user stories in tools such as Jira or similar platforms. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to recreate and investigate reported issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Experience supporting customer-facing web or mobile applications. Experience working within Agile Scrum environments. Telecommunications, technology, or digital customer experience background. Experience analyzing customer feedback and turning insights into product enhancements
