With over 750+ clients globally, we are part of a Global Support team to support our regional teams.

What You Will Be Doing

As Support Analyst, you will contribute to the direction of user support services, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing initiatives to enhance the overall user experience.

You will ensure timely resolution and maintain communication with regional support to provide updates and manage expectations for clients.

You will collaborate with product management, product development, engineering, and other departments to communicate user feedback, identify system improvements, and contribute to ongoing product enhancement.

• Working with Regional CS/CX/PS teams
• Analyze issues for faster resolution
• Work with Development Teams on resolutions
• Look for improvements for clients as well as the product
• Client centricity focus

What You Bring

• Understanding of Corporate Treasury.
• Attention to detail
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills for complex issues
• Ability to communicate technical and functional concepts concisely and effectively

Bonus if you have

• Thorough knowledge of Integrity SaaS
• SQL Analysis skills
• Dynatrace knowledge
• Technical understanding of SaaS environments
