Job Title: Associate Scientist

Compensation: Hourly Pay Rate: $28-38

Work Model: Onsite

Hours: M-F 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Overview

Responsibilities

• Formulation development, performance evaluation, and stability testing to support oral care product development

• Utilization and development of existing or new in-vitro methods to assess new technology performance for oral care product innovation

• Ability to make decisions and provide recommendations on next steps

• Present data to the Global team, which includes scientists and non-scientists

• Competitive product landscaping and performance assessment

Requirements

• BS/MS in Chemistry, Formulation Science, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related science

• Minimum of 2+ years of formulation experience, preferably in oral care

• Must be able to embrace ambiguity and be creative

• Must be able to work independently, have a “can do” attitude, and natural curiosity

• Proficient in MS Office and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams)
