Mental Well-Being Travel Representative

Position Summary This position will be dedicated to one plan sponsor, in order to support their client locations, specifically related to understanding and promoting their Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits. This is a travel-based role, and will include approximately two-three weeks of travel (within the continental United States) per month.

Job duties include:

• Supporting the plan sponsor through site visits to educate and promote EAP benefits.
• Ordering supplies/communications and regularly communicating with warehouse contacts.
• Coordinating with warehouse management team, employees, account team and HR executives.
• Creating engagement and employee inquiry tracking.
• Presenting to assigned locations and/or managers on benefits overview.
• Coordinating location trainings and other administrative duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Ability to travel 50-75% of the time within the continental United States, averaging about 2-3 weeks per month.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in EAP (Employee Assistance Program) or mental wellbeing.
• Growth mindset, including an agility for developing yourself and others.
• Clinical license and/or experience related to mental wellbeing.
• Eloquent public speaker.
• Proven problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in data tracking and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with internal and external constituents.
• Superior execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Education

• High school diploma or GED.

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
