Seeking Preoperative Evaluation Clinic Nurse Practitioner

Logan Health – Kalispell, MontanaThis is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in optimizing patient health prior to surgery while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.

Meaningful Clinical Practice•Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations.•Evaluate cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, and overall health status prior to surgery.•Order and interpret diagnostic testing including lab work, EKGs, and imaging studies.•Perform risk stratification and develop individualized preoperative care plans.•Provide patient and family education regarding anesthesia and procedural expectations.
