We are seeking an experienced Capture and Proposal Specialist who will support our Capture and Proposal team. In this role, you will assist in tracking Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Teaming Agreements (TAs) and support the capture process through the maintenance of the Business Development Database. The specialist researches new business opportunities and conducts due diligence to identify potential partnership prospects. You will help develop customer‑focused, high‑quality responses to government RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, and participate in cross‑functional discussions related to solution design, teaming strategies, and cost development. Additional responsibilities include assisting with departmental schedules, updating opportunity databases and portals for multiple concurrent solicitations, and maintaining effective working relationships with personnel across upper management, capture teams, proposal teams, and subject matter experts. To be successful in this role, you will need strong interpersonal skills, exceptional written skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Required

• BS or BA degree

• 10 years of related experience

• MS Office Suite

• Working knowledge of Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Teaming Agreements (TAs)

• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain clearance
