Schedule: Full time Shift: Day-Weekend (United States of America) Address: 4200 SUN N LAKE BLVD City: SEBRING State: Florida Postal Code: 33872 Job Description:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality, visually appealing meals for patients, café service, and catering events, following established recipes and production sheets.

  • Create and update menus, recipes, and production records in collaboration with leadership to support dietary compliance and operational efficiency.

  • Maintain clean and sanitary workspaces, equipment, and storage areas by following HACCP guidelines and recording temperatures accurately.

  • Oversee food production activities, ensuring proper portioning, batch cooking, and adherence to culinary standards for both patient and retail services.

  • Communicate effectively with the FANS Coordinator and team members to coordinate daily operations, resolve issues, and ensure service expectations are consistently met.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of HAACP standards [Required]

  • Food safety and sanitation [Required]

  • Food preparation [Required]

  • Basic kitchen equipment [Required]

  • Able to communicate in English [Required]

Education:

  • High School Grad or Equiv [Preferred]

Work Experience:

  • 1+ year cook/baker experience [Required]

  • 2+ year cook/baker experience [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$15.46 - $24.73 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
