Full job description
Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Wire Spooler Machine Operator to join their team. As a Wire Spooler Machine Operator, you will be part of the production support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Wire Spooler Machine Operator
Location: New Berlin, WI
Pay Range: $18
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
What's the Job?

Operate wire spooling machinery safely and efficiently
-
Handle and process wire in various colors and sizes
-
Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and accuracy
-
Perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, twisting, and standing for the entire shift
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area following all safety policies and procedures

Ability to perform physical work for the duration of the shift

Reliable transportation (no bus line access at this location)

Strong work ethic and dependability

Ability to follow instructions and work around machinery

Safety awareness and compliance with safety requirements
