  • Ability to strip multi-conductor jackets and prepare cables for termination.

  • Experience running wire and routing cable in assemblies.

  • Comfort working around and on scissor lifts for building and installing sub-assemblies.

  • Reliable work habits and willingness to work in a busy production shop.

  • Comfort working in a designated area within a busy shop environment.

  • Flexibility to move between different work areas if certain skills are not a fit.

Why Work Here?

You join a flexible and supportive organization that tailors work to your strengths and helps you grow new skills. You benefit from regular company events at least once a month, contributing to a positive and engaging workplace culture, and enjoy flexibility in scheduling to support personal needs such as childcare.

Work Environment

You work base shift hours with flexibility available when needed, such as for childcare or other personal reasons. The role is based in a nice, modern building in Mukilteo near the Kamiak area.
