As part of the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting communication between the Inbound Department and customers. You will investigate and resolve discrepancies, partner directly with customers to address concerns, and assist with processes related to the handling of faulty or defective units. This position is fully operational and warehouse-based, requiring 100% on-site participation.
How you create impact

Perform administrative support activities for assigned operational areas or shifts, including maintaining documentation and filing systems in accordance with Standard

Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Serve as a key point of contact for customers and employees by addressing inquiries related to shipment status, product shortages, carrier pickup issues, damage claims, and export order processing through the Automated Export System (AES).

Manage Warehouse Management System (WMS) transactions, maintain operational metrics, and provide backup support to the local team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
What we would like you to bring

High School diploma or equivalent
-
2+ years customer service experience working in a warehouse
-
Knowledge order management systems or Manhattan
-
Knowledge of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)

Person with analytical skill and having excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel knowledge), SQL etc.

5+ years of experience in WH operations

Good communication & customer handling skill
-
Should have WMS/SAP knowledge
