Global Quality Leader -Cyrel® Flexographic Solutions & Artistri® Digital Printing Solutions

At DuPont, we are working on the technologies that help customers bring ideas to life through advanced printing and packaging solutions. We are seeking a Global Quality Leader to drive the quality strategy for our Cyrel® Flexographic Solutions and Artistri® Digital Printing Solutions businesses.

This is a highly visible global leadership role that sits within the Printing & Packaging Integrated Operations organization and reports directly to the Integrated Operations Leader . The successful candidate will serve as a key member of the business leadership team, influencing strategy, driving operational excellence, and ensuring world-class quality performance across our global value chain.

What You'll Do

As the senior quality leader for the business, you will:

Lead Global Quality Strategy

  • Develop and execute the global quality strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Serve as the trusted advisor to leadership on quality, risk management, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

  • Drive alignment between business priorities and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus across the organization.

Own and Enhance the Quality Management System

  • Lead the global Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure alignment with customer, regulatory, and business requirements.

  • Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other applicable standards.

  • Drive audit readiness, management reviews, corrective actions, and continuous system improvements.

  • Standardize best practices globally while enabling strong local execution.

Elevate the Customer Experience

  • Ensure customer requirements are understood and consistently met.

  • Lead robust customer complaint and issue resolution processes.

  • Partner with cross functional teams to deliver timely and effective corrective actions.

  • Promote a customer-centric culture through training, coaching, and process excellence.

Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Lead business-wide performance improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, structured problem solving, and risk-based methodologies.

  • Reduce quality losses, improve process capability, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to identify trends and prioritize improvement opportunities.

  • Strengthen quality throughout product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer support processes.

Advance Supplier Quality & Supply Chain Excellence

  • Develop and lead the supplier quality and supplier development strategy.

  • Oversee supplier qualification, audits, performance management, and continuous improvement activities.

  • Partner closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Technology, and Supply Chain teams to mitigate risk and ensure supply reliability.

  • Lead investigations and corrective actions related to supplier and material quality issues.

Build Organizational Capability

  • Lead and develop a network of site quality leaders and quality professionals.

  • Establish meaningful performance metrics and operating rhythms.

  • Champion professional development, coaching, succession planning, and quality excellence across the organization.

  • Promote recognition of quality achievements and best practices.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.

  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in quality, manufacturing, operations, product development, supplier quality, or continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrated success leading global quality organizations and cross functional improvement initiatives.

  • Strong expertise in Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001:2015, auditing, corrective action systems, and risk management.

  • Proven experience managing supplier quality, supplier development, contract manufacturing, and supply chain quality programs.

  • Ability to influence senior leaders and drive change across a complex global organization.

  • Experience using data analytics and digital tools to improve quality and operational performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as CMQ/OE, CQE, CQA, Lead Auditor, Lean Practitioner, Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt, or similar credentials.

The Pay range for this role is $128,520.00 - $201,960.00 Annual

How Base Pay is Determined: DuPont has job leveling frameworks that help organize roles based on progressive levels of responsibility, proficiency and qualifications. Each role has an associated pay range (or an established pay rate for some roles) based on the competitive market in each country where we operate. Each individual’s pay is based on a variety of factors, including their role and the associated pay range for that role, their geographic location (i.e., country, state, metropolitan area), as well as their skills, experience, education and certifications, and performance.
