Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire a Benefits Administrator in Miami, FL.

This is a hybrid position with flexibility to work remote after the first 90 days.

This individual will manage day-to-day benefits administration, including employee enrollments, qualifying life events, open enrollment, eligibility changes, benefit invoice and enrollment reconciliation, COBRA administration, and employee benefits questions.

They will administer Leave of Absence programs, including FMLA, ADA, personal leave, and applicable federal, state, and local leave requirements, while supporting return-to-work and Workers’ Compensation processes.

The Benefits Administrator will also maintain HRIS data, administer PTO and I-9/E-Verify processes, partner with benefit providers, support health and wellness initiatives, and ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, Form 5500, and other applicable regulations.

Skills and Requirements

-3+ years of benefits administration or HR experience -Experience administering health, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) benefits -Experience with I-9/E-Verify and Workers’ Compensation administration -Experience with HRIS/benefits systems, including enrollment, eligibility, deductions, and data changes -Knowledge of benefits compliance, including ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and leave requirements -Experience with benefits invoice reconciliation and Leave of Absence administration -Dayforce experience -Zendesk and/or Airtable experience -CEBS or CBP certification
