  • Execute project quality audits and ensure audit objectives and goals are consistently met.

  • Consolidate, analyze, and report key audit data on a regular basis to ensure compliance and conformance with project standards.

  • Identify areas for improvement and apply disciplined problem-solving techniques to recommend corrective and preventive actions for non-conformances.

  • Improve process control by enhancing process capability and implementing error-proofing measures.

  • Document, analyze, and evaluate project quality metrics to monitor performance and trends.

  • Provide data-driven insights that support adherence to processes and conformance to specifications.

  • Document, aggregate, and report audit results, issues, lessons learned, and recommendations for corrective actions in a clear and accessible format.

  • Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing non-conformances, observations, and overall audit outcomes.

  • Support data entry of QA/QC items into the appropriate tools, issue weekly QA/QC logs, maintain quality metrics, and track QA/QC items through closure as part of the QA/QC program.

  • Continuously improve QA/QC procedures and protocols to support region-wide change management initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities for process efficiencies within audit and quality control workflows.

  • Identify defects, data inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement to ensure consistent quality delivery across the project.

  • Lead and/or participate in the digitalization of construction-related processes to improve efficiency, transparency, traceability, and accountability.

  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on QA/QC processes, specifications, and best practices.

  • Work on-site with the contractor to ensure conformance to quality requirements and perform inspection of the works.
