Key Responsibilities

Leadadministration,maintenance,andoptimizationof Windows Server infrastructuretoensurehighavailability,performance,andreliability.

Serveastheprimaryescalationpointforcomplex Level 3 incidents ,drivingrootcauseanalysisandlong-termresolution.

Manageandsupport Active Directory , Group Policy ,authenticationservices,andidentitymanagementsolutions.

Drive vulnerability remediation , security hardening ,patching,andcomplianceinitiativesacrossenterpriseenvironments.

Design,develop,andmaintain automation solutions using PowerShell ,infrastructure-as-code,andorchestrationtoolstoimproveoperationalefficiency.

Supportandoptimize hybrid cloud environmentsacross AWS and Microsoft Azure ,includingmigrationsandcloud-basedoperations.

Troubleshootandresolveissuesrelatedto Windows performance ,storage,filesystems,permissions,networking,andinfrastructureservices.

Providetechnicalleadership,mentorjuniorengineers,anddrivecontinuousimprovement,standardization,andmodernizationinitiativesacrosstheinfrastructureplatform.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

Five to six years of relevant experience
Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of enterprise Windows Infrastructure experience supportinglarge-scale Windows Server environments.

Strongexpertisein Active Directory , Group Policy ,authenticationservices,identitymanagement,andenterpriseadministration.

Advancedexperiencewith Windows performance monitoring ,troubleshooting,androotcauseanalysis.
-
Hands-onexperiencewith AWS and Microsoft Azure infrastructure,hybridcloudoperations,andcloudsupport.
-
Strongknowledgeof Windows patch management ,packagedeployment,securityupdates,andsystemlifecyclemanagement.
-
Experiencewith automation and scripting ,including PowerShell ,configurationmanagement,orchestration,andinfrastructureautomationframeworks.
-
Deepunderstandingof vulnerability remediation , security hardening ,compliancecontrols,andoperationalbestpractices.
-
Advancedtroubleshootingskillsacross storage , file systems ,permissions,networking,andenterpriseinfrastructureservices; Red Hat Linux experienceisaplus.
Location expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00
