Full job description

Low Voltage Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale data center construction and other large projects. This individual will be responsible for overseeing project execution, managing cross-functional teams, coordinating vendors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing complex data center projects, experience leading large teams, and a proven ability to balance operational demands with project objectives. This role requires regular travel to project sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large-scale data center construction and infrastructure projects from planning through completion.

  • Lead and coordinate project teams, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

  • Monitor project progress and provide financial reporting, forecasting, and status updates to stakeholders.

  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure project quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

  • Manage vendor relationships, contract performance, and project deliverables.

  • Review construction drawings and project documentation utilizing Bluebeam.

  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Drive communication between field operations, leadership, and project stakeholders.

  • Ensure projects are completed according to scope, budget, and timeline expectations.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience supporting large-scale construction, infrastructure, or data center projects.

  • Experience managing large teams and multiple project stakeholders.

  • Experience with project financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Proficiency using Bluebeam for drawing review and project documentation.

  • Experience utilizing project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Primavera P6, Procore, or similar tools.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly to project sites.

  • Experience supporting mission-critical environments and data center buildouts.

  • Knowledge of construction project lifecycles, field operations, and contractor management.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
