Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have several labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Billing Specialist opportunity at NDX Green in Heber Springs, AR. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
The regular scheduled hours for this position are from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

Invoices cases and assists with billing questions or issues

Package outgoing cases for delivery

Clean and dry case pans
-
Label boxes and place on correct delivery shelf for driver delivery

Enter cases to be shipped via a shipping vendor into the appropriate system

Scanning paperwork
-
Check all shelves for misplaced cases or other items

All other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities Required:

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Data entry and computer skills

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks

Attention to detail
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
-
Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent
-
No experience required
Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:

Disinfectant process chemicals
-
Personal protective equipment as required.

Physical Requirements:

Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach

Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions
