Snr. Program Manager - GCC

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the establishment and maturation of a strategic Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. This role will oversee the transition and consolidation of services currently delivered through multiple external providers into a scalable, governed operating model. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in outsourced service delivery, managed services, vendor consolidation, operating model design, and governance. Experience building or supporting Global Capability Centers in India is highly preferred. Working across stakeholders in the UK, US, and India, the Program Manager will drive program execution, establish governance frameworks, manage third-party vendors, and ensure a successful transition to a sustainable long-term delivery model. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic India Capability Center program.
• Develop and execute transition plans to consolidate outsourced services into a centralized operating model.
• Establish governance structures, reporting frameworks, KPIs, and service management processes.
• Coordinate across business, technology, procurement, and vendor stakeholders to ensure program alignment.
• Manage relationships with multiple external service providers and delivery partners.
• Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution throughout the program lifecycle.
• Define and implement operating model processes, organizational structures, and oversight mechanisms.
• Facilitate steering committees, executive updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure successful transition of services while maintaining operational continuity and service quality.
• Partner with leadership teams across the UK, US, and India to support long-term scalability and growth objectives.
• Monitor program milestones, budgets, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Provide recommendations on vendor strategy, service delivery optimization, and capability center best practices.

Skills and Requirements

• 8+ years of program management experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated experience establishing, expanding, or transforming Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Shared Services Centers, or offshore delivery organizations
• Consolidation in technical space (software development, cybersecurity)
• Strong background managing outsourced services, managed services, or vendor consolidation programs
