Full job description

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Production and Inventory Control Planner positions in Elk River, MN . Responsibilities:

  • Execute and monitor production control activities, including production order review, material shortage analysis, and cycle counting to support schedule adherence and inventory accuracy

  • Create, distribute, maintain, and adjust shop orders within ERP/MRP systems to support production schedules and customer requirements

  • Schedule customer demand by balancing production capacity, machine availability, and material requirements to ensure on-time delivery

  • Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to identify shortages, resolve constraints, and support production flow

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or a related role in an MRP-driven manufacturing environment

  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems, production planning methodologies, capacity planning, and machine shop scheduling; Oracle experience preferred

  • Knowledge of Kanban, Lean Manufacturing, inventory control, and cycle counting processes

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong organizational skills, and effective verbal and written communication skills

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
