Job Duties
What you'll do:
Answer customer calls and emails about products, stock, order status, changes, and cancellations
Enter and manage sales orders from start to finish
Serve as the main contact for our warehouse on order changes and questions
Check picked orders for accuracy before they're packed and shipped
Resolve order, product, and shipping issues quickly and follow through until they're closed
Update pricing and promotions across our sales channels
Reach out to past customers to share new products and promotions and build repeat business
Help with accounts receivable, including follow-up on open invoices
Keep clean records of customer and sales activity
Share customer feedback and trends with management
Contribute ideas and help roll out new company initiatives
What we're looking for:
At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail, call center, hospitality, ecommerce, or similar)
Clear, friendly communication by phone and email
Organized and dependable with follow-through
Comfortable learning new software. We'll train you on our systems.
Able to reliably commute to Plymouth, MN
Nice to have:
Order entry, ecommerce, or wholesale experience
Any exposure to invoicing or accounts receivable
Warehouse support (temporary):
Until we hire a dedicated warehouse team member, this role will also pick, pack, and ship orders. Once that position is filled, your warehouse work shifts to order checks and coordination only.
