1.0 FTE - Day Shift and weekend rotation
Starting Pay - $40.60 to $60.89 (based on experience)
Offers for external candidates are generally made between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on experience.

Qualifications:
Registered by the ARRT, certified in MRI
Five years MRI experience
Excellent communication skills
BLS certification within 90 days of hire
Preceptor training
Core Competencies:
Provides leadership for MRI staff and services.
Acts as a resource and provides training and education for MRI operations and procedures.
Assists with hiring, orientation, competency assessment and disciplinary functions
Acts as a resource for management of service and preventive maintenance for equipment.
Acts as a resource for policies, procedures and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assists with budget process and monitoring of budget metrics.
Manages inventory of supplies and materials to meet service needs.
Applies patient and staff safety practices to use of MRI process.
Practices the ethics of the profession.
Job Responsibilities:
Demonstrates proficiency in MRI protocols and patient management.
Ensures all quality controls and quality parameters meet manufacturer requirements.
Demonstrates proficiency in training and assessing staff competency in MRI protocols, including coordination of orientation and training, timely completion of competencies, communication of progress, and annual performance evaluations.
Maintains knowledge of rules, regulations, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, including completion of ACR requirements.
Manages service and preventive maintenance for equipment, including notification of downtime and patient schedules.
Maintains inventory of supplies and contrast.
Monitors budget metrics
Establishes processes to optimize workflow.
Other duties as assigned.
