About the Role:
Asa CBRE Regional Facilities Manager, you'll manage the day-to-day functions ofthe team responsible for building operations and maintenance of multiple manufacturing and mixed use facilitieswithin a dedicated region.
Thisjob is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on allaspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the PropertyManagers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
What You’ll Do:

Provideformal supervision for employees. Monitor the training and development ofstaff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting andhiring of new employees. Coordinateand manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks,and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor andcoach as needed.

Developand maintain positive relationships with clients. Conduct regular meetingsregarding regional facilities' performance.

Reporton property profiles, emergency preparedness plans, site inspections, facilityaudits, etc.

Developpolicies and procedures to ensure that contract specifications arefulfilled.

Preparepresentations to obtain approval for projects.

Createstrategic facility management objectives for clients. Generate capitalprojects, operating budgets, and variance reports.

Inspectthe facility periodically for quality assurance. Ensure facility procedurescomply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Leadby example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.

Applyknowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others toachieve team and departmental objectives.

Identify,troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may ormay not be evident in existing systems and processes.
What You’ll Need:
-
Bachelor'sDegree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, acombination of experience and education will be considered.

Experiencein staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring,appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.

Abilityto guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information,convey performance expectations and handle problems.

Excellentleadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, andeffectiveness of the job discipline and department.

In-depthknowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook,etc.

Extensiveorganizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

Advancedmath skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages,fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
