Job Description

We are seeking a QA Lead to ensure high-quality localized user experiences across supported languages. This role combines linguistic expertise, localization quality assurance, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver accurate and culturally appropriate content for global customers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead localization QA activities for product features and customer-facing content.

Create and maintain glossaries, style guides, and linguistic assets.

Perform manual and automated UI testing to validate localized content.

Manage and coordinate with vendors, Localization Project Managers (LPMs), and global stakeholders.

Identify, track, and drive resolution of linguistic, functional, and layout issues.

Provide localization, UX, and cultural feedback to improve customer experience.

Support process improvements, workflow optimization, and localization best practices.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality localized content across multiple platforms and markets.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Native-level proficiency in at least one language besides English.

Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in Localization QA and localization production.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Wallet, Payments, Commerce, App Store, or digital content platforms.

Pay: $60.45 /hr. on W2

Location: AUSTIN TX 78729 (Onsite)

Shift: Onsite – 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Details: $60.45 per hour
