Sourcer

Our client, a leader in autonomous mobility, is seeking a Sourcer to join their organization. As a Sourcer, you will be part of the recruiting function, supporting engineering hiring teams. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of ownership, a collaborative mindset, and the interpersonal confidence to partner effectively across levels of the organization.

Job Title: Sourcer

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $60/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

• Qualify and understand job requirements to ensure sourcing efforts align with what teams truly need

• Source and screen resumes, evaluating candidates to determine technical and behavioral fit

• Build and maintain a pipeline of engineering talent in partnership with recruiting stakeholders to meet company priorities

• Map talent and drive sourcing strategy for a diverse set of systems engineering roles

• Act as a brand ambassador while delivering results in a fast-paced environment

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of full cycle sourcing experience

• Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit

• Tech and industry knowledge to understand relevant skills and identify strong-fit companies

• Consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization

• Genuine passion for the mission and a commitment to scaling a talent pipeline
