Legal Counsel

Description We’re looking for a motivated Legal Counsel to join our Operations team. In this role, you will support and manage a broad range of legal matters, work closely with our Commercial and Executive teams, and contribute to the implementation of the company’s go-to-market strategy. Responsibilities

  • Support and manage legal processes across the company in collaboration with stakeholders from the Commercial and Executive teams
  • Participate in meetings with prospective clients and provide guidance on relevant legal and operational matters
  • Review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts, including license and services agreements, service orders, and related documents with customers, partners, and vendors
  • Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice and recommendations to management and other stakeholders on a variety of legal and commercial matters
  • Support legal discussions in close collaboration with external legal counsel and provide relevant business and commercial input
  • Assist with the company’s ongoing legal matters and day-to-day legal operations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial law, gained at a leading law firm and/or within a high-tech company
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Previous in-house experience, preferably within a technology company -an advantage
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team and a fast-paced business environment
  • Ability to independently handle legal and corporate matters while knowing when to seek additional guidance
  • Strategic and solution-oriented mindset, with a positive and collaborative approach to challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills, with a strong service-oriented mindset
