Lead a high-performing team that keeps the power flowing. Drive safe, reliable fuel operations, while making an impact on critical plant performance, plus help to shape the future of our operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide leadership and supervision to personnel engaged in the daily functions associated with fuel and ash handling activities.

  • Oversee fuel operations, yard equipment maintenance and general labor activities associated with coal and/or ash handling operations.

  • Responsible for compliance with safety, environmental, insurance and operating requirements.

  • Work closely with Operations Leader and peers on production, O&M/capital budget development, human resource issues, and strategic business plan development.

  • Effective performance is required to assure adequate fuel supplies are available to meet generation, environmental, and financial requirements.

  • Requires high level of interpersonal skills to establish and maintain productive working relationships.

What You'll Bring:

  • High School education or equivalent. Degree in business, finance, or engineering desired for this position.

  • Over ten years of job-related experience.

  • Considerable and demonstrated leadership experience required.

  • Valid Driver's License and the ability to maintain it required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected annual compensation range for this position is $100,100 - $125,000. Compensation offered will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions.
