Full job description

QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

Responsibilities:

  • Tool and Die Maker (Injection Molding)

  • Provide maintenance and repair to all molds in timely fashion, with least amount of errors.

  • Make spare parts when needed for molds and other machine equipment.

  • Provide documentation on all repairs, PM report and usage of material to tool room supervisor for control.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.

  • All work areas must be left in an orderly and clean manner.

  • Must have tools.

  • Maintain spare parts, materials, inventory and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma.

  • Trade school.

  • At least one year Technical College

  • Able to work with minimum supervision.

  • Able to set-up and operate lathes, milling machines, grinders and all other basic machine shop equipment.

  • Able to read and interpret blue prints, and to make parts as per print requirements.

  • Control spares parts, documentation.

  • 1st shift (8:00am-4:30pm), but should also be available to cover if needed(2:30pm – 11:00pm).
