Job Description:
About This Role:
Intermountain Health is seeking a Critical Care Physician to join our established team of intensivists at McKay-Dee Hospital, a state-of-the-art, 324-bed Level II Trauma Center and Certified Stroke Center in Ogden, Utah.
As part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary critical care team, you will provide care for complex, critically ill patients while supporting advanced therapies in a high-acuity ICU setting. The team consists of 12 physicians and 4 APPs dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care through a team-based model.
In This Role, You Can Expect To:

Practice at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah

Provide care in a 32-bed adult mixed medical/surgical ICU serving general surgery, cardiovascular surgery, neurosurgery, and medical patients

Work within a 24/7 in-house ICU coverage model, including a mix of day and night shifts

10.5-hour day-shifts, 14.5-hour night-shifts

Collaborate closely with experienced intensivists and advanced practice providers

Participate in teaching opportunities with family medicine residents, medical students, and APPs throughout the year

Competitive Compensation: $491,750.00 annual salary

Incentives: $30,000 starting bonus, and up to $20,000 relocation assistance (if applicable)

What You'll Bring

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Completion of residency training in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Anesthesiology

Board certification or board eligibility in Critical Care Medicine

Current Utah medical license (or the ability to obtain one)

Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process

Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

$7.25 - $999.99
