Lead Audit Engagements: Plan, execute, and finalize audits for real estate and related industry clients.

Deliver Quality Insights: Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations in compliance with professional standards.

Analyze & Advise: Evaluate financial statements, identify potential risks, and propose solutions for improvement.

Mentor & Develop: Supervise and coach junior staff to ensure quality and professional growth.

Client Interaction: Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients and firm leadership.
Qualifications What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

Certification: CPA license required (or near completion).

Experience: 6–8 years in public accounting with a strong background in real estate audits.

Skills: Solid understanding of GAAP, audit procedures, and exceptional communication and analytical abilities.
