Supply Chain Specialist

Company: The Boeing Company

The Bomber, Fighter & DLA Organization within Boeing Global Services – G is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to execute and coordinate delivery requirements for U.S. and non‑U.S. government military customers. This on-site role in Dallas, TX will work across supply chain, program and transportation functions to ensure products are delivered on time, meet contractual requirements, and support strong financial performance.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve within the Government Services Supply Chain Management organization.

  • Lead customer-facing and cross‑functional meetings with military customers and Boeing program teams.

  • Track and drive on‑time delivery performance.

  • Escalate and remediate delivery risks and blockers.

  • Maintain focus on quality, cost, schedule, and customer commitments.

  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of supply chain experience in Aerospace, Defense or similar industry

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience supporting U.S. and foreign government contracts and meeting government customer commitments

  • Strong cross‑functional integration, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary Pay Range for Mid-level (Level 2): $79,050– $106,950 Summary Pay Range for Mid-level (Level 3): $96,050 – $129.950
