What you get to do: As the Sales Account Executive, you will support the OTAs and National Accounts team in managing and growing relationships with online travel agencies and national reseller partners. This position is responsible for day-to-day account support, helping ensure partners have what they need to sell effectively, and working cross-functionally to resolve issues, execute promotions, and identify new opportunities for growth. The Sales Account Executive will report to the Senior Manager, OTAs and National Accounts, and will play an important role in delivering a high standard of service and partnership to our reseller and OTA accounts.
Specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Support day-to-day account management for a portfolio of OTA and national account partners, serving as a responsive and reliable point of contact
- Assist in the execution of contracts, rate loads, promotions, and marketing initiatives in partnership with internal teams and account contacts
- Monitor account performance and help identify trends, opportunities, and areas of concern to bring to the attention of the Senior Manager
- Coordinate with internal teams (revenue management, marketing, distribution) to resolve partner issues quickly and accurately
- Assist with the preparation of account reporting, performance summaries, and materials for partner meetings
- Support onboarding of new OTA and national account partners, helping ensure a smooth start to the relationship
- Build strong working relationships with partner contacts, providing a high level of customer service and responsiveness
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, and partner marketing/merchandising practices to help inform account strategy
What it takes to succeed:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
- Strong collaborative work skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across internal teams and external partners
- Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding the business and how the pieces fit together
- Excellent customer service skills, with a responsive, partner-first approach to account support
- High attention to detail, particularly when managing contracts, rates, and account information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in the themed entertainment, hospitality, travel industries is a plus
- Experience working with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) is a plus
