Sr. Hyland OnBase Analyst

Job Description

One of Insight Global's largest healthcare clients is seeking an experienced Hyland OnBase Analyst to support and enhance their enterprise document management platform. This individual will play a key role in maintaining day-to-day operations, supporting business users, and assisting with strategic initiatives including platform upgrades, cloud migration efforts, and system standardization projects. The ideal candidate will have strong OnBase administration experience, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work across both technical and functional teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Hyland OnBase administration or analyst experience
• Strong understanding of OnBase configuration, workflows, document management, and user security
• Experience with OnBase upgrades (particularly to Version 25 or higher)
• Experience troubleshooting application issues and supporting business users
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across operational support and project work
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Hyland OnBase certifications
• Familiarity with Epic integrations and healthcare document management processes
• Experience supporting Azure migrations or cloud-hosted environments
