Full job description

Full Time Registered Nurse Overview We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. * Registered Nurse (RN) Pay and Benefits: * Health Insurance * Paid Time Off * Referral Bonus Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities * Comprehensive patient assessments to inform individualized care plans. * Administer IV medications and injections accurately while adhering to aseptic techniques and safety protocols. * Manage biologic infusions (training provided), catheter care and wound care. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop discharge plans, coordinate case management efforts, and ensure continuity of care. * Maintain detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and EMR/EHR systems. Utilizing nurse created user friendly documentation system. * Educate patients and their families on health management strategies, including chronic disease management and medication administration. Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements * Valid RN license in the state of employment with current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. * Strong clinical skills including IV insertion, phlebotomy, sterile processing techniques, and aseptic technique adherence. * Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments. Communicate with MD as indicated. * Excellent communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to patient-centered care across diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, and behavioral health patients.
