M365 Solutions Engineer

Onsite | Buda, TX | Contract

Robert Half is hiring a Microsoft 365 Solutions Engineer to lead collaboration platform optimization and integration efforts during a major business transformation initiative. This role will focus on modern workplace technologies, tenant consolidation, governance, and user collaboration solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and document Microsoft 365 collaboration environments.

• Lead migration, consolidation, and integration activities across Microsoft 365 platforms.

• Design and support Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and related services.

• Establish governance, security, and collaboration best practices.

• Support user adoption and platform modernization initiatives.

• Create technical documentation and future-state architecture recommendations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration and architecture.

• Strong knowledge of Azure, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.

• Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations and collaboration platform integrations.

• PowerShell automation experience highly preferred.

• Experience supporting digital workplace transformations strongly preferred.
