Salesforce Technical Architect - Financial Services

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Financial Services Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Agentforce Financial Services (Financial Services Cloud), the Salesforce Core Platform, and Salesforce Security Architecture. This individual will serve as the technical authority across multiple workstreams, guiding implementation teams while ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

The Technical Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, cybersecurity teams, and executive leadership to deliver innovative customer and advisor experiences across wealth management, banking, insurance, lending, and related financial services domains.

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• 5+ years serving in a Salesforce Technical Architect or Lead Architect role.
• Multiple Financial Services Cloud implementation experiences.
• Strong understanding of financial services business processes including: Wealth Management Banking Lending Insurance Advisor Operations Customer Onboarding
